董志兵,男,湖北鄂州人,1980年生。三级教授、学院副经理、德国洪堡学者、洪堡基金会中国学术大使、湖北省教育厅相关计划特聘教授、湖北省人社厅“新世纪人才”、湖北省高校“青年骨干教师”、 湖北省化学化工学会青年委员会委员、湖北省科技厅权威专家库高端专家、中国化学会高级会员、冠军白菜策略网“第二批中青年学术骨干”、冠军白菜策略网“高端人才培育计划”入选者、国际学术期刊Chinese Chemical Letters (CCL)青年编委、Green Synthesis and Catalysis (GSC) 青年编委、《冠军白菜策略网学报》编委、国家留学基金委“访问学者”基金获得者。2007年9月-2008年9月赴德国慕尼黑大学从事访问研究(导师是德国科学院院士、法国科学院院士、巴伐利亚科学院院士Paul Knochel教授);2008年12月博士毕业(德国慕尼黑大学和南开大学联合培养博士);2010年3月-2011年3月,日本东京大学理学院Shu Kobayashi(小林修)教授小组博士后;2011年3月-2012年4月,在德国亚琛工业大学有机所Carsten Bolm教授小组从事洪堡学者研究;2013年9月-2014年9月,在武汉大学做访问学者(合作导师:雷爱文教授,省教育厅青年骨干教师计划);2017年11月-2018年10月,在德国慕尼黑大学做访问学者(合作导师:Paul Knochel教授,德国洪堡基金会、中国留学基金委、德国西门子基金会共同资助)。长期从事有机合成方法学及其应用研究,用以合成有药物活性的化合物以及开发功能性新材料,已经在《Organic Letters》、《Green Chemistry》、《Chemistry-A European Journal》、《Journal of Organic Chemistry》、《European Journal of Organic Chemistry》等SCI刊物上发表了研究论文100余篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金、科技部、教育部、科技厅、教育厅等纵向项目十余项。研究小组和德国、日本、韩国、法国以及国内科研院所的同行保持紧密的合作和交流。小组经费充足,各种化学试剂种类已达3000余种,实验室硬件设施良好,能满足有机合成的常规操作。目前的管理和运作模式均参考欧洲实验室。独立培养了9届研究生,合计32人。本组培养的硕士生、本科生多次获得国家奖学金等奖学金,在各级比赛中取得了优秀的成绩。其中,指导本科生获得“挑战杯”省赛二等奖1项,湖北省老员工化学化工学术创新成果报告会省赛一等奖3项、二等奖3项、三等奖1项,指导本科生获得国家级老员工创新创业训练计划项目5项、省级老员工创新创业训练计划项目1项,指导研究生获得校级优秀硕士学位论文7篇,指导本科生获得董事长基金立项2项,指导本科生发表第一作者SCI论文10篇。参加国内外学术会议30余次并多次做学术报告,邀请了一批在有机合成领域有着重要影响力的著名专家学者来校讲学交流(合计60余人次),以上活动有9项得到了湖北省教育厅“世界著名科学家来鄂讲学计划”的支持。

4)多组分串联反应、水相有机合成、流动相合成。
